This High visibility traffic yellow jacket with black bottom meets ANSI/ISEA 107-201. It has Four pockets for your convenience: 1 Cell Phone Concealed Under Storm-Flap, 2 Lower Welt with Flaps and 1 Internal Patch. Made with 100% polyester 300D oxford weave, this PU coated jacket is also quilt lined and has a adjustable hood. It uses a Two-way zipper closure for quick and easy access. Front closure is secured with a storm-flap with zipper and snap closure. Two Mic tabs are located in front. Quilt lined for extra insulation during extremely cold temperature. This is Waterproof with Sealed Seams.

It fit's perfectly warm and dry I'm 6/2 and small frame but I ride In a power chair too get around and use to keep dry when it's raining and walking around outside. Love the visibility factor keeps me safe
