Use our online designer to add a logo, image, name, or other text to an eligible safety vest or workwear item. There is no minimum custom order and no separate logo setup fee.

How to place a custom order

Choose a customizable product. Start in the Custom Logo Printing collection and open the product you want.

Select the product options. Choose the available color, size, and quantity for that item.

Open the designer. Select the customization button shown on the product page.

Choose a print location. Select an available front or back location. Available locations depend on the product, and each decorated location is priced separately.

Add the design. Use Upload File, Add Text, or Add Graphic. Use Add Text separately for each line of text.

Position and size the design. Keep the artwork inside the available print area. The customization price updates as the design size, printing method, or print locations change.

Review the design and notes. Add special instructions in the notes field when it is available. If you want a proof even when no artwork adjustment is required, request one in the order notes.

Add the customized item to the cart. Review the product, size, quantity, print locations, design, and price before checkout.
Ordering the same or different designs
Use the quantity field when multiple items will have the same design. Create and add each design to the cart separately when items will have different logos, names, or text.
Standard and reflective printing
Standard printing supports full-color artwork, including gradients. Reflective specialty printing uses only silver reflective material similar to the reflective material on a safety vest. Reflective specialty printing is not available in multiple colors and is not metallic foil.
How customization pricing works
The designer calculates customization from the selected printing method, design size range, total square-inch area, and each print location used. The price updates as the design changes, and the customization total shown in the designer is the price to use.
Artwork recommendations
Vector artwork such as SVG, EPS, or a print-ready PDF is preferred. A clean, high-resolution PNG or JPG can also work. Artwork may require adjustment when it is blurry, low resolution, has an unwanted background, or is not ready for printing.
Artwork review and proofs
Our team reviews submitted artwork before production. If artwork needs adjustment, clarification, or confirmation, we will email a proof for approval. Production waits for approval when a proof is required.
Custom-order production estimates
- Up to 50 custom pieces: typically 2–4 business days.
- 51–200 custom pieces: typically 4–8 business days.
- More than 200 pieces: contact us for a production estimate.
These estimates begin after payment or approved payment terms, usable artwork, and any required approvals are received. The number of print locations, artwork adjustments, job complexity, current production volume, and peak-season demand can affect production time. Shipping time is additional.
Firm deadlines, rush requests, and quotes
Contact us before ordering when you have a firm needed-by date, need staff help with the design, or want a quote for a large or complex order. We will review the request and tell you what can be supported. Rush production or expedited shipping may be available after review.

Follow the care instructions on the garment label and the directions provided for the exact product. Care requirements can vary by garment and printing method.
